The Opportunity:

Northern Comfort Systems Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who can fill our Field Supervisor position.  This position has field tasks, office duties, and would potentially lead to a Service Manager role for the right candidate.

 

The Responsibilities:

• Addressing the customer’s HVAC concerns
• Technician Field Support
• Quality Control and Spot Checks
• Help with technical training for our technicians
• Repairing HVAC equipment
• Listening to the customer and providing suggestions and feedback to improve their existing system
• Completing all necessary repairs

The Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 Years of experience
• You have experience troubleshooting HVAC systems
• You have an EPA Certification
• You have a desire and the drive to be more than a technician
• You enjoy working with people
• You have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000
